Since 1902 Tomasi family has dedicated itself to the art of viticulture in Valpolicella. This elegant ruby red wine is produced with the indigenous grapes of Corvina (50%), Corvinone (15%), Rondinella (30%) and Oseleta (5%), which are selected by hand and dried for 4 months prior to being pressed. The Amarone is then aged for 3 years in Slovenian up barrels of 35HI.
Best with red meats, game and aged cheese, Tommasi Amarone is also the ideal companion to enjoyable conversations.
