Caramelized grape must.
Obtained from a prolonged cooking process of the grape must. It has been produced in Sardinia since ancient times and it still used in Italian culinary kitchen; particularly in the preparation of desserts.
For excellent results we suggest using it on, gelato, fruit pies, cocktails, biscotti's, yogurts, and fresh cheeses such as ricotta.
