Not only is a QU.ALE 100% made in Italy wine that uses only light glass bottles and environmentally friendly materials and helps to preserve the natural area of the Salina Monaci in Manduria (Taranto), the home of pink flamingos.
QU.ALE is a wine obtained from a base of Negroamaro grapes with the addition of other indigenous red berried varieties from the area around Lizzano in Salento. Excellent at room temperature, extraordinary when served at 36°F.
