A cult favorite or the middle child to spaghetti and foratini? We’ll let you decide.
Bucatini can best be described as a thick spaghetti with a hallow tube, or a thin version of foratini.

Those of us who favor bucatini over spaghetti want a more al dente bite to satisitfy our fork twirling obsession. It twirls beautifuly and doesnt let much sauce fall away.

Bucatini demands a more robust sauce, in fact, it needs it. As the middle child, it doesn’t want to be ignored, so pair it with a sauce that has a bit more oomph.

It's an absolute favorite for those who want the best of both worlds.
