Price shown is pre-tax and before final weight. Weight and price are approximations. Expect price fluctuations by a few dollars. 


Ground sirloin, Italian sausage, eggs, porcini mushrooms, caramelized red onions, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, sour dough bread crumbs, salt, pepper.

Filling: prosciutto, fontina cheese, basil, sun dried tomatoes.

Cook Time

2lb: 25-30 minutes

4lb: 30-35 minutes

• Completely defrost in refrigerator overnight. Bring to room temperature for 45 minutes prior to cooking.

• Preheat oven to 350°F.

• Remove plastic and leave foil on Porcini Loaf. Bake according to specific size. 

• 10 min before completely cooked, uncover the top portion of the Porcini Loaf to brown, and cook for another 10 minutes or until browning occurs.

• Let sit for 8-10 minutes prior to serving.

Be cautions not to damage foil on sides of the Porcini Roll. Any openings to the sides of the foil will expel cheese.
