The Carmela brand is a speciality line by Assenti's Pasta.
Our hand made biscotti are a labor of love. We use an old family recipe that's layered in multiple steps that takes several hours to complete. Our artisanal biscotti can only be made by hand and in small batches.
Enjoy our biscotti in the morning with a hot cup of espresso, or in the evening next to the fire with family.
This product is made in limited quantities.
