Linguine Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino

Ingredients
4 garlic cloves chopped
2 tbsp. Italian parsley
1/4 tsp. red chili flakes
4 oz. extra virgin olive oil

Directions
This dish is all about timing so have all of your ingredients ready. Start boiling 4 to 5 quarts of salted water. Once water is boiling start warming the oil in a large skillet. Add Linguine to the boiling water. Add garlic to the hot oil, do not burn the garlic, reduce the heat of the oil add pepper flakes and parsley. Drain Linguine and place in a large bowl. Add garlic and oil sauce to pasta and toss well. Top with your favorite Italian grated cheese.
